AWM5000 series micro-bridge gas mass flow sensors feature Venturi tube housing and can measure flow rates up to 20SLPM with a pressure drop of no more than 2.25 "water column. The microbridge chip directly contacts the airflow, greatly reducing the possibility of error caused by through hole or bypass blockage.
