ZM03 alcohol sensor uses a MEMS process to fabricate a micro-hot plate on a Si-based substrate. The higher the concentration of this gas, the higher the conductivity of the sensor. The sensor has high sensitivity, small size and precision, adopts I2C digital signal output mode, which is convenient for multiple sensor networking observation, and presets a pin as alarm trigger signal output, which can be widely used in environmental security, portable instruments and many other fields.
