NovaSensor's series are surface-mounted silicon pressure sensors that use silicon-silicon fusion technology and a highly stable ultra-small piezoresistive chip embedded in a plastic shell. SERIES ADOPTS THE PIN STRUCTURE OF INTEGRATED CIRCUIT AND CAN BE INSTALLED IN SMALL OCCASIONS, THUS PROVIDING A CHEAP PRODUCT FOR OEM CUSTOMERS IN LARGE QUANTITIES. SERIES, UNDER CONSTANT VOLTAGE SUPPLY, GENERATES a VOLTAGE SIGNAL proportional TO THE input pressure, which can be amplified or added by the signal regulation circuit to meet the needs of their own products.
The series is used for most non-corrosive gas and dry air measurements.
