SM9541-010C-S-C-3-S is mainly used in environmental monitoring equipment to monitor air flow and pressure changes (i.e. differential pressure applications, 2pcs/sets). It is a MEMS technology based ceramic substrate mount high stability piezoresistive differential pressure/gauge pressure sensor chip with an accuracy of ±1%. It is equipped with an I2C-friendly digital interface to read the data and set the baud rate of 4MHZ, and the I2C pressure output values from 1638 to 14745, 14-bit resolution, with extremely high accuracy and stability. This series of products provides comprehensive zero point calibration and temperature compensation (zero point temperature compensation and sensitivity temperature compensation) by using thin film resistors on ceramic substrates. It adopts SO-16 silicon chip package and 3-3.6V constant voltage source drive. The micro pressure ranges are 250pxH2O, 500pxH2O, 1000pxH2O, 2500pxH2O. A wide temperature compensation range of -5℃ to 65℃.
