NDIR Principle Of G7 IR Sulfur Hexafluoride SF6 Infrared Gas Sensor

Features:

G7 series gas detection sensors employ NDIR technology (non-dispersive infrared principle) to detect SF6 gas and are specifically designed for SF6 leak detection. Advanced infrared sensors feature linearity and repeatability, ensuring long-term stable and reliable measurements. The G7-SF6 sensor has a strong selectivity for gases and is not interfered by gases such as H2O, alcohol, and CO2. And the sensor has a long service life and requires no maintenance. The G7-SF6 sensor has a compact and small structure, and can be quickly and conveniently connected to the gas monitoring and control system. Meanwhile, the sensor is equipped with UART(TTL level) digital output and analog output options, facilitating users' connection with existing sulfur hexafluoride leak detection systems. When the sensor is preheated or in a measurement environment with condensation, it will prompt a fault reading, avoiding false alarms from the system. Normal readings will begin after the preheating is completed or after recovery from condensation.
