The sensor outputs calibrated digital signals in standard 12C format. The AHT20 is equipped with an ASIC-specific chip, MEMS semiconductor capacitive humidity sensing element and on-chip temperature sensing element, significantly enhancing its performance. Each sensor has been calibrated and tested, and is marked with the product batch number.
