Working Principle:

According to the physical transmission characteristics of ultrasonic waves, the oxygen concentration and flow are calculated by detecting the downstream time and upstream time. Oxygen flows into the sensor through the air inlet, flows from the transceiver integrated ultrasonic probe to the transceiver integrated ultrasonic probe , and then flows out of the sensor through the air outlet.
